Bernard is a trans-disciplinary health and research specialist; highly motivated professional with experience in primary and preventive care, hospital management, public health, research and health informatics. A passionate technology enthusiast with long-term career aspirations in the use of digital technology to improve patient outcomes and wellbeing; built on personal challenges and curiosity. Able to create, design, implement and evaluate clinical records (data) models for information systems through evidence-based approaches, learned from a Top UK University (UCL). Experience in surveillance and management of communicable diseases, notably, HIV, Malaria and Neglected Transmutable Diseases. Has excellent interpersonal aptitudes, agile networking skills, good team spirit, confident public speaking and proficient oral/written communicator.
